Serenity Hospice Care Provider understands how important it is to be surrounded by family, friends and remain in familiar surroundings for as long as possible during the end-of-life. We understand that families of different cultures have different rituals around death and dying and we are sensitive to such distinct personal needs.

Our service spans the Los Angeles area, including the counties of Ventura, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles. Our staff is multi-cultural and speaks many –if not most – of the languages prevalent in Southern California. Our compassionate director and staff have assisted many families of varying nationalities and creeds to make their loved one’s transition as love-infused and pain-minimized as possible.

How Does a Family Commence Hospice Care?

The first step is accepting that a loved one is dying and that your family needs help with the end-of-life process. A patient, family member, caregiver, friend, doctor of spiritual counselor is welcome to call Serenity Hospice Care Provider at (805) 522-5506. Hospice care can begin as early as the following day upon referral from the patient’s physician. Typically, a hospice representative typically visits the patient at home within 24-hours to evaluate the patient’s eligibility and specific needs to tailor a unique care program designed for the patient and his or her unique needs.
